David Rosengarten – A Good Fork for Indian Food

Once again, the amazing David Rosengarten has wowed the crowd at Lenz. While debunking the myth that Indian food has to be spicy and filled with curry, David entertained with wild tales of Indian adventures and colorful customs. The evening included four dishes, all primarily from the Hyderabad region of India: Grilled Saffron Paneer, Malai Chicken Tikka, Lamb Biryiani & for dessert – Yogurt with Saffron & Cardamom Sugar.
