HOW IT WORKS

TO JOIN:

Joining Level 1 is simple. You may:

• Click HERE to download and print our “Sign Up” card and mail it to the winery
• Join in the Tasting Room, or
• Utilize our secure online registration form found on the "Sign Me Up" page

As membership in both Level 2 and Level 3 is limited, inclusion in these levels is a little more tricky.

Please complete either registration form, online or print, and select the level of membership you prefer. If that level is full, you will be entered in the level of membership just preceding and then added to the waiting list for your chosen level. For instance, if you checked Level 3 and it is currently full; you will be entered into Level 2 and added to the waiting list for Level 3. When a place becomes available you will be notified and offered the opportunity to upgrade.

HOW TO SELECT WINE:

You have the option to select which wine varietals you would like to receive each quarter. Your credit card will only be charged when the wine is shipped. Each quarterly shipment is $90 - $110 plus tax and shipping, and includes approximately 3-6 bottles.

Wines included in the shipment will be chosen based on the season and your preferences.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

In general, all shipments are sent via UPS Ground. During the hot summer months, shipments are only sent out Monday-Wednesday. 2nd Day Air is available for an additional charge. Summer shipments outside the tri-state area will automatically be sent 2nd Day Air.

Subscribers always have the option of picking up their wine allotments at Lenz. Arrangements for pick-up should be made one week prior to the shipment date listed in your e-newsletter.

According to US Federal Law, delivery of all wine shipments requires a signature by a person 21 years or older.

TASTING ROOM PURCHASES:

By becoming a Subscriber you are making a commitment to Lenz. By creating this program, we are also making a commitment to you. We value your participation and wish to make the program as Subscriber-friendly as possible. When you come into the Tasting Room, be sure to let us know that you are a Subscriber to ensure you receive all the benefits to which you are entitled.

Bring your membership card with you to the tasting room to receive your benefits. If you forget, don’t worry. We have a membership list on hand, but having your card with you will facilitate the process and ensure accurate recording of your purchase towards your account.

ONLINE PURCHASES:

Subscribers will receive their level appropriate discounts for their online purchases as well. Please remember to include your membership number in the space provided during the check-out process. SPECIAL NOTE, discounts will not show in your shopping cart. We WILL apply appropriate discounts when we process your order.
